Teams will be required to provide the following at Check-In if you have not already done so:
Teams need to have ALL PAPERWORK submitted to Beach 5 Sand Soccer by the deadline designated for your specific tournament. If you have not submitted them you will be required to turn them in at Check In (this is only available for the Ocean City, MD June event). Please be sure to get your forms in as soon as possible. If you are not able to get them in prior to the Beach 5 Sand Soccer event, please contact us ASAP.
