  • Teams are not accepted until full payment has been received

Beach 5 Sand Soccer is powering our tournaments using EventConnect, the leading tournament management system.

When following the process to register your team you will be presented with discounted hotel options through our partner EventConnect.  

Our tournament hotels ensure all participants are receiving the best group rates, amenities, cancelation protections and customer service.
 
In the spirit of creating amazing experiences, we ask that all hotel activity is done through our network.

To Order follow these easy steps:
  1. Email us your team name, division playing & event attending
  2. Provide # of wristbands
  3. We will send special PayPal invoice which will need to be paid.
  4. Once payment is received, we will send pickup instructions!!
Check back for schedules one week prior to event.

If you have not submitted your Team Roster & Medical Waiver forms via online in the EventConnect application: 
Please download the Team Roster and/or Medical Waiver forms and fill them out. Save them to your desktop, then attach them in an email to beach5sandsoccer@yahoo.com.  You only need to submit forms once, so if you’ve used the EventConnect application, you’re done!  If you’ve emailed the forms to us & we’ve confirmed receipt, you’re done!  If you’ve uploaded the forms to your EventConnect account, you’re done!
 
Teams need to have ALL PAPERWORK submitted to Beach 5 Sand Soccer by the deadline designated for your specific tournament. Please be sure to get your forms in as soon as possible. If you are not able to get them in prior to the Beach 5 Sand Soccer event, please contact us ASAP.  
 
Players without signing / e-signing a Medical Waiver form are not eligible to play!
